Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Do I have to book for the full week?
We recommend booking for the full week to experience the best range of activities, but we also accept day bookings! For the week and day prices, see here: https://www.fuzecamps.com/navnat
I live far away and am concerned about transport - do you have any other sites?
At the moment, we are only able to run the camp at our site in Hayes. However, we do have some options available to help parents with transport. For example, we have optional add-ons of Early Club (8.15am - 9am) or Late Club (4pm - 5.30pm) to create more flexibility with drop-off and collection time. Additionally, we have some hot desk spaces available for parents who wish to stay on-site in our Wifi connected work area through the camp day. Furthermore, if you are interested in sharing picks and drops with other families, we can put you in touch with a parent/ carer bringing their kid(s) from a similar area to you. If you would like such assistance regarding transport, please get in touch with us at summercamps@.navnat.com
Is the camp only for Navnat children?
The camp is open to all children, regardless of faith, nationality or community. We believe that children from all communities would benefit from this opportunity, along with our Navnat community members.
I have two children who would like to attend, but one of them is not within the age-range (8-14 years old). Would you take any older or younger children?
If the child is close to the target age-range, we may be able to make an exception to facilitate multiple siblings attending together. Please get in touch with us at summercamps@navnat.com if you are in this situation and we will discuss with you the options.
What will the ratio of staff to children be?
On-site, we will always have a staff to children ratio of 1:10.
What kind of food will be provided?
A hot lunch will be provided on site every day along with a few snacks at break times. It will be fully vegetarian (no eggs) and will emulate a typical UK primary school lunch. There will usually be more than one option available (e.g. main choice and then a pasta bar or jacket potato bar).
Can I pack my own food for my child (for lunch/ snack)?
For health and safety reasons, children will not be allowed to bring their own food onto site. If, for any reason, you feel this might be necessary, please get in touch with our camp manager through our contact form and we can see if any special permissions need to be arranged.
Do you accept childcare vouchers?
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept childcare vouchers at present.
